What's New at Chinmaya Vidyapeet?
As per the Chinmaya Vidyapeet admission notification 2024, NTA has released the CUET PG 2023 results on July 20, 2023. Candidates can now check and download their scorecards at cuet.nta.nic.in. As per the official notice released by NTA, a total of 4,58,774 candidates registered for the exam. Out of which, a total of 2,09,740 were male candidates, 2,49,332 were female candidates and 11 of them were transgender candidates.
National Youth Conference on Indian Knowledge Systems (NYCIKS) Announcement - The 3-day National Youth Conference on Indian Knowledge Systems (NYCIKS) will be held from May 15 to May 17, 2024, at Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth, Ernakulam, Kerala. This conference is specifically targeted at young scholars aged 15 to 28 years, aiming to integrate Indic wisdom into regular curricula and promote research in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). Participants will have the opportunity to interact with eminent thinkers, present their research, and gain insights from renowned personalities in the field. The conference will feature various themes including Ancient Engineering, Public Administration, Health Wellness, and more. Important dates include the submission of abstracts by April 15, 2024, and full papers by April 30, 2024.
Dr. Bindusree A R Publishes in Q1 Scopus-Indexed Journal - Dr. Bindusree A R, Associate Professor of Mathematics at the School of Ethics, Governance, Culture, and Social Systems (EGCS), CVV, has recently published a research paper titled ‘Sombor Index on Trees – A Review’ in the journal MATCH Communications in Mathematical and Computer Chemistry. Research Grants Awarded for Three Projects and Funding for IKS - Congratulations to Dr. Ramesh Pattni, OBE, Director, Centre of Excellence for IKS-CKS Integration and Innovation, on securing funding for three prestigious projects from the IKS Division, Ministry of Education. As Principal Investigator, Dr. Pattni led the proposals for both the Textbook Development Grant—selected as one of only 8 from 352 submissions—and the Research Centre Establishment Fund—selected as one of only 8 centres from 175 applications. This outstanding achievement reflects his visionary leadership in integrating Indian and Contemporary Knowledge Systems. We also extend our warm congratulations to Dr. Sunitha Grandhee, Dean, Student Affairs, on receiving funding for her research project from the IKS Division, Ministry of Education. Her project has been selected as one of only 14 from 1,984 submissions—an exceptional accomplishment that reflects her scholarly excellence and commitment to the advancement of Indian Knowledge Systems.
